Gerry Flood
Managing Director of JPT Homes Gerry is a Master Builder and Accredited Green Living Builder with over 30 years experience in the construction industry. Trained as a Carpenter, Gerry has a keen eye for detail that keeps quality at the heart of all he does. Gerry has extensive experience in all facets of building including construction of new dwellings and major renovations and extensions.
Carmel Flood
Business Manager of JPT Homes Carmel offers a wealth of business and administration experience. With a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Swinburne University, Carmel has worked in a variety of industries including building and construction, recruitment, legal and medical. Carmel has held pivotal roles within these industries including National Manager, State Manager and Business Development Manager.
